The owner of the plot asked us to design a residential building with a maisonette with a swimming pool at the top floors of the building that would serve as her own residence.
The building we designed included a ground-floor level maisonette, a second-floor apartment, and the owner’s third and fourth floor maisonette. All the properties of the building enjoy a beautiful view of Glyfada Golf as well as the sea.
